We’re a growing real estate SaaS & marketing company looking for a versatile, detail-oriented tea ---------- mber to join us long-term. If you’re a GoHighLevel (GHL) power user and a Canva design whiz, this might be the perfect role for you.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
Building workflows & automations inside GoHighLevel

Setting up onboarding sequences and client CRM integrations

Creating custom branded email templates inside GHL

Designing evergreen graphics in Canva for social media use

Supporting the team with form designs, landing pages, and visual consistency across platforms

Managing tasks via ClickUp, collaborating via WhatsApp, and attending our weekly Monday team calls

? Must-Have Skills:
Proven GoHighLevel experience (triggers, email/SMS workflows, campaigns, automations, CRM setup, etc.)

Strong Canva skills (banners, social posts, lead magnets, branded design)

Knowledge of email design best practices (formatting, mobile responsiveness, visual hierarchy)

Ability to work with a remote team using ClickUp, WhatsApp, and Google Meet

Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently

? Image editing & branded design is essential
