Tech Virtual Assistant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy VA with Kajabi experience to support our launches, automations, and backend operations.

Who You Are
- Confident in Kajabi (2+ yrs): opt-ins, sales pages, product setup, tagging
- Comfortable with tech tools: Zapier, Canva, ManyChat, ----------
- Great at following SOPs and figuring things out
- Organized, proactive, and a strong communicator in English
- Available 12:30–4:30 PM CEST, Mon–Fri


Your Tasks
- Build landing pages and set up automations
- Prep podcast content and upload to Kajabi
- Manage FB groups and update ----------
- Support launches, troubleshoot issues, and track task completion

What We’re Not Looking For
- Anyone juggling full-time studies or jobs
- People who ghost, blame others, or avoid learning from feedback
