JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Product Research Assistant to help us find winning fashion products for our growing women’s clothing brand. Our online store is based in Sweden.

Your main task will be to search for high-performing fashion products via the Facebook Ad Library, using our clear guidelines and criteria. You don’t need to be an expert — as long as you are smart, consistent, and can follow instructions well.

This is a long-term role with daily work. We are looking for someone who can commit at least 5 days per week, at least 2 to 3 hours a day, with the possibility to grow in hours and responsibility over time.

Responsibilities
- Use the Facebook Ad Library to research trending women’s fashion products
- Collect product examples that match our specific criteria (you will receive a training video and checklist)
- Organize your findings in a clear spreadsheet (we’ll provide the format)
- Spot trends and patterns in what’s being advertised across different countries
- Share daily reports with links, images, and notes
- Occasionally monitor product reviews, store links, and creatives for additional insights

Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Basic understanding of fashion and what appeals to women aged 45+
- Able to work independently and deliver results every day
- Good internet connection and reliable laptop or PC
- Basic spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel)
- English reading/writing skills required
- Available every day for 2–3 hours minimum (more is welcome)

What We Offer
- Clear video training and detailed instructions
- Long-term and stable working relationship
- Flexible working hours (as long as work is done daily)
- Possibility to grow into more advanced research or management tasks
- Competitive starting rate depending on experience
