What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for reliable data entry support for our lead generation process. Your job is to transfer data from LinkedIn into our recruitment software using tools we provide. You do not need to speak with candidates, this is purely data entry.
This is the first external hire for the company. If successful, possibility to expand role and/or go full-time.
Main Tasks:
Open a LinkedIn list (provided)
Use the Lead411 browser extension to collect contact info
Upload the contact into Recruiterflow (our CRM tool) using plug-in
Check that the correct name, company, title,
Tag and organize contacts based on our instructions
What You Need:
Basic English (you just need to follow clear instructions)
Reliable internet connection & functioning computer
Ability& motivation to execute high volume repetitive tasks at speed
Experience with data entry tools or CRMs is a plus but not required
Experience working in data entry for recruitment companies is a plus but not required
Attention to detail — this job is simple, but accuracy is important
