Time Zone Alignment: Must be available to support teams across all U.S. time zones (Eastern to Pacific), with core collaboration hours between 8 AM – 5 PM PT

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional technology projects in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, proficient communication skills in English, and a solid understanding of the software development life cycle. You will play a key role in aligning projects, engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of initiatives that support strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
_Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects
_Work cross-functionally with software engineers, designers, QA testers, and product owners to coordinate deliverables and remove blockers
_Manage project timelines, scope, risk, and change control using agile or hybrid project management frameworks
_Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
_Maintain clear and consistent project documentation, including schedules, roadmaps, and status updates
_Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including leadership, to provide transparent updates and resolve issues
_Use tools like DevOps, Asana, or similar platforms to track tasks, progress, and team capacity
_Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and implementing best practices in remote collaboration

Required Qualifications:
_3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software, ecommerce, and marketplace-focused environments
_Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies
_High level of fluency in spoken and written English, with the ability to lead meetings and produce clear documentation
_Demonstrated experience managing remote or distributed teams across multiple time zones
_Proficiency in Google Suite applications, including Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides, with the ability to create and maintain organized, collaborative documentation
_Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), cloud infrastructure (i.e., Azure), and CI/CD concepts is a plus
PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or other recognized certifications are highly valued
