JOB OVERVIEW

Type of Work: Full-time (44 hours/week)
Hours: Singapore working hours
Location: Philippines (remote)
Base Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and skills)
Performance Bonus: Commission-based incentives tied to sales growth, campaign success, and overall KPIs (e.g., Shopify/Amazon revenue, traffic increase, successful promotions)

Payment Method: Monthly via PayPal

We’re a growing e-commerce company based in Singaproe managing a Shopify store and Amazon Seller Central. We are looking for a self-driven, results-oriented Store Manager to take full ownership of daily operations — someone who can lead, execute, and grow the stores without needing daily oversight.

----> Your Responsibilities

Shopify Store Management
Full ownership of store operations and performance
Upload and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SEO)
Maintain store design, product categorization, banners, themes, and apps
Plan and manage promotions, product launches, and discount campaigns
Track store performance (traffic, conversions, abandoned carts, AOV) and continuously improve


Amazon Seller Central Management
Create and optimize listings with keyword-rich content
Manage backend keywords, A+ content, and product variations
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and returns
Monitor KPIs like IPI, ACOS, Buy Box %, and sales ranking


Marketing & Traffic Generation
Coordinate and execute social media marketing strategies
Plan promotions to drive external traffic (e.g., via Facebook, TikTok, IG)
Collaborate with creatives (or use Canva) to create ad visuals and store banners
Analyze marketing performance and ROI


Team & Workflow Management
Set and track goals, SOPs, and weekly/monthly performance
Work with freelance designers or VAs as needed (optional, if team grows)
Report directly to the founder with weekly performance summaries


----> What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of experience managing Shopify or Amazon stores independently
Strong English communication skills — written and verbal
Good sense of product presentation, store aesthetics, and copywriting
Proficient with Shopify admin, Amazon Seller Central, Canva, Google Workspace
Familiar with e-commerce KPIs, marketing strategies, and growth tactics
Takes initiative, solves problems, and makes decisions proactively

Bonus: Experience running paid ads or affiliate marketing

You will work independently and be evaluated based on results, not just hours


----> Compensation
Base Pay: Competitive, negotiable based on experience
Commission/Bonuses: Based on store performance, sales targets, and campaign outcomes
Example: % of net monthly sales increase
Bonuses for launching successful new products or hitting campaign KPIs
Performance-based raises and long-term growth opportunity
