JOB OVERVIEW

???? About Us
We are a mission-driven real estate investment company that specializes in acquiring off-market properties burdened with title issues, unpaid tax liens, and unresolved inheritance claims. We believe that helping families resolve complex property issues creates value for communities — and that begins with a human conversation.

???? About the Role
We’re looking for a warm, patient, and resourceful communicator to join our team as an Acquisitions Manager. Your primary responsibility is to establish initial contact with potential heirs, build trust, and gather key information to help us resolve title issues and facilitate a successful property acquisition.
This is not a high-pressure sales role. It's about empathy, understanding, and guiding people through situations they may not even know they’re involved in. Many heirs are unaware of their connection to a property — your job is to help them understand their position, feel supported, and know what’s next.

???? Core Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to individuals who may be heirs to distressed or inherited real estate.

Explain situations clearly, calmly, and with compassion — especially in sensitive cases involving probate or family loss.

Build rapport and conduct guided interviews to identify other potential heirs, gather legal details, and document chain of ownership.

Accurately record all findings and conversations in our CRM and internal systems.

Coordinate with researchers, title curative specialists, and acquisitions staff to keep the process moving forward.

Handle follow-ups professionally and persistently across multiple parties.

Be a calm, confident voice when people feel uncertain or overwhelmed.

? Ideal Candidate Profile
You’re curious, empathetic, and naturally conversational

You have experience in customer service, case management, counseling, interviewing, or outreach roles.

You’re comfortable navigating difficult, emotional, or complex conversations with tact and sensitivity.

You can stay organized across multiple leads and cases.

You enjoy being part of a mission-driven team that’s solving real problems.

You’re comfortable with some ambiguity — and skilled at gathering facts from people who may not know the whole story.

???? What Success Looks Like
Consistent contact with heirs and responsible parties

Clear, well-documented communication trails

Building relationships, not burning bridges — even when people are skeptical or confused.

Compensation: $5/hr + 1% commission
