Call Assistant

We are a fast-growing multinational eCommerce company seeking a proactive, well-rounded individual to assist with our expansion project in the golf industry.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound phone calls to independent golf shops in California (and later, other U.S. states) as a potential customer.
• Ask if they currently carry our products as a potential customer.
• Accurately record the call with the system and note the store name.
• Submit daily reports; calls will be recorded for quality and accuracy checking.
Requirements:
• Strong spoken English and communication skills.
• Sales or sales-pitching experience preferred.
• Solid research and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and accountability in reporting.
• Able to work independently and reliably from a remote location.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
• Time: 9:00 PM – 1:00 AM China/Philippines Time (4 hours/day), Sunday to Thursday. Daily check-in required.
• Pay: base salary + fixed payment per completed call.
• Note: All calls will be recorded. Incorrect, unrecorded or falsified call entries will result in a $5 deduction per instance.
