Marketing Virtual Assistant

Company Overview:

We are a growing practice in the Pediatric Occupational Therapy industry, rapidly expanding our online platform to reach a wider audience. We seek a proactive VA to significantly boost our organic reach and free up the founder's time.

Overall Objective:

To support the founder in rapidly building her online platform, expanding organic reach, and reclaiming time by managing high-output, content-heavy tasks, including content repurposing, email workflows, lead generation, social visibility, and podcast/video uploads.

Vibe + Work Style:

We value speed, initiative, and messy action over perfection. The ideal VA will take fast, confident action, be proactive, solutions-driven, and prioritize output and consistency to achieve immediate traction and visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Content & Distribution: Daily posting and scheduling of Reels, Stories, and Static posts/carousels on Instagram and Facebook; driving organic engagement and audience growth.

Video & Audio Editing: Editing raw video for YouTube and social media repurposing; stripping audio for podcast platforms; creating YouTube-ready videos with basic formatting.


Email Marketing & Lead Generation: Building and managing email waitlists, setting up weekly newsletters and automated workflows (MailerLite); designing lead magnets.

Platform & Community Build-Out: Assisting with online platform ( ---------- ) and community setup; uploading/organizing resources and content; basic website updates.

Admin & Operations: Maintaining content calendars (Asana/ClickUp); organizing files (Google Drive); uploading/repurposing transcripts; ensuring marketing asset coordination.

Tools & Systems:
Essential: Canva, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, ---------- , MailerLite, Google Drive, Slack, ClickUp or Asana, Hubstaff.
To Be Determined: Podcast platform.

Working Structure:
Schedule: 2 days per week (Monday and Thursday or Friday).
Communication: Daily check-ins via Slack & ClickUp; weekly recap.
Probation: 30-day probation with a 2-week review.

Pay Rate:
?290 PHP per hour.
