Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive assistant to support our team in handling spreadsheet-related tasks. You will work primarily with Excel and Google Sheets to help maintain and organize data, generate reports, and assist in managing our internal database records.
Responsibilities:
Organize, clean, and manage datasets
Update Excel or Google Sheets reports
Create charts, pivot tables, and perform data analysis
Assist in database management and basic data entry
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience with formulas, filters, charts, and pivot tables
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
