???? About the Role:

We’re looking for a results-driven Virtual Assistant with a strong background in:
• U.S. real estate cold calling
• Seller lead generation
• Skip tracing and CRM updates
• Pre-qualifying motivated sellers using proven scripts
• Building consistent pipeline opportunities

This is a long-term position with room to grow. We’re building a high-volume wholesaling operation and need top talent to scale.

???? Responsibilities:
• Make 100–200 outbound calls daily (we use Mojo Dialer or AirDial)
• Use a proven script to qualify seller leads
• Ask key questions (motivation, timeline, condition, price)
• Update lead status in CRM (Podio or REI CRM)
• Follow up with warm leads via calls/text
• Communicate with our acquisitions manager on hot opportunities

? Requirements:
• 3–5+ years cold calling for U.S. real estate clients (wholesaling preferred)
• Fluent English with a neutral or American accent
• Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills
• Comfortable with scripts and following call structure
• Familiar with CRMs like Podio, REsimpli, or GoHighLevel
• Fast and reliable internet, noise-canceling headset
• Quiet work environment
• Available to work U.S. business hours (EST or CST preferred)

• Able to hit daily KPIs (calls, talk time, leads generated)
• Familiar with tools like: BatchLeads, PropStream, CallTools, DealMachine

???? Compensation:
• Starting pay: $5–$7/hour USD (depending on experience)
• Performance bonuses for qualified leads and closed deals
• 13th month pay
