About Us:
We run a high-end Christmas & holiday lighting installation business serving residential and commercial clients. We design and install beautiful, custom light displays—primarily on rooftops, gutters, trees, and landscapes.
We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to support us during the busy season by helping generate quotes and communicate with customers.
Responsibilities:
• Look up customer addresses using Google Earth or Google Maps (Street View, Satellite)
• Measure rooflines and other installation areas (using Google Earth Pro)
• Use our pricing rules or calculator to generate quotes
• Create and send quotes in Jobber (our CRM & quoting tool)
• Communicate with customers via
• Take screenshots of maps or views and add notes for installers
• Follow up on outstanding quotes
Tools You’ll Use:
• Google Earth / Google Maps
• Jobber (CRM & quoting system)
• Gmail / SMS platform (via Jobber)
• Google Drive or Docs
• Breezy.ai (AI agent used for client intake)
• Optional: Loom (for training videos), CompanyCam (for site photos)
You’re a Good Fit If You:
• Have strong attention to detail and spatial awareness
• Are comfortable working with maps, measurements, or light estimating tasks
• Write clear, professional
• Are tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools
• Can work independently and meet daily or next-day turnaround for new leads
• (Bonus) Have experience with Jobber, Google Earth, construction/roofing quotes, or remote estimating
