Part-Time Virtual Assistant (5 hrs/week) – LifterLMS & WordPress

I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help with my online course platform using LifterLMS and WordPress. This is a part-time role (5 hours per week) with potential to grow over time if we're a good fit.

You’ll be helping me maintain and expand my course platform, upload content, and make basic updates to my WordPress site. I’m an author and creator based in Australia, and I value clear communication, consistency, and initiative.

Your Responsibilities:
? Upload and format lessons in LifterLMS
? Build or edit course structures, drip content, and quizzes
? Update pages using Gutenberg or Elementor
? Manage student login issues, queries from LifterLMS
? Troubleshoot plugin or formatting issues
? Update blog posts and product info (WooCommerce)
? Manage basic settings and integrations (e.g., ConvertKit, Mailchimp)
? Occasionally update discount codes and coupons

Requirements:
? Experience with LifterLMS
? Solid WordPress skills
? Familiarity with plugins, themes, and general troubleshooting
? Detail-focused and organised
? Good English communication
? Reliable and self-directed

Bonus Skills (not required):
? Canva or image editing
? WooCommerce experience
? Knowledge of AffiliateWP or similar
? Video upload/editing basics
