Content Scheduler & Social Media Poster

We are Taiyaki.ai – a custom jewelry company that transforms your most treasured memories into beautiful, one-of-a-kind pieces! We use AI to automate 3D modeling and turn your favorite photos into personalized jewelry, making custom jewelry effortless and truly yours.

We’re looking for a part-time virtual assistant that can grow into a full-time role (40 hours/week).

As our Content Scheduler & Social Media Poster, you’ll be in charge of keeping our Instagram and Facebook pages fresh and active with beautiful, on-brand visuals. If you love creating clean, aesthetic content and can keep a consistent rhythm of posting, this role is for you!

Our Ideal Candidate
• Highly organized and dependable
• Fast to respond and gets things done on time
• Familiar with Canva and social media tools
• Has a strong eye for visual detail and clean aesthetics
• Comfortable posting and scheduling across platforms

Requirements
• Experience using Canva Pro to create and format visual content
• Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook posting tools (Postbridge, Meta Suite)
• Good communicator and team player
• Attention to detail with content formatting and scheduling

Your Role
• Create and schedule 2–3 Instagram + Facebook posts per day
• Design and post 1 Story per day using provided assets
• Use our Canva templates to make clean, on-brand visuals
• Track post performance and maintain our content calendar
• Update bio links and coordinate with our email and product drops
• Use charm designer screenshots and UGC when possible

Working Time:
Remote. Generally flexible working hours.
