JOB OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Regularly review and audit credit repair disputes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
• Ensure clients' files are consistently updated, with no disputes falling behind schedule.
• Track and organize all dispute-related activities using Credit Repair Cloud and GoHighLevel.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to highlight dispute progress, team productivity, and any issues that need immediate attention.
• Collaborate with dispute tea ---------- mbers and leadership to maintain high-quality standards and compliance.
• Continuously improve dispute processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Additional Responsibilities:

Manage team accountability, ensuring each dispute tea ---------- mber consistently meets performance targets.

Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with tea ---------- mbers to address performance gaps and ensure ongoing improvement.

Lead regular tea ---------- etings to communicate updates, discuss KPIs, and address challenges proactively.

Identify training opportunities to enhance the dispute team’s skills and capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience (minimum 1 year) in Quality Assurance, specifically within a credit repair or financial services environment.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Credit Repair Cloud and GoHighLevel is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify issues or areas of improvement.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent analytical skills and familiarity with dispute resolution processes.

WORK SCHEDULE & ENVIRONMENT:

• Available to work full-time, 40-50 hours per week, Monday–Friday.
• Work hours: 8:30 am – 6:30 pm Central Standard Time (CST).
• Must have a laptop/computer, headset, reliable high-speed internet, and a quiet work environment.
• Backup power supply and backup internet connection are required.
