We are a growing company in the automotive aftermarket industry, seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to help expand and manage our portfolio of automotive parts. In this remote role, you'll work closely with our sourcing team and suppliers to identify new opportunities, manage data, and support procurement operations. Strong communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and keen attention to detail are key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct competitive research and analyze market conditions to support product planning
- Identify and recommend new product opportunities based on market gaps
- Create and manage part numbers in internal systems
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms
- Track and follow up on ongoing projects to ensure timely completion and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in computer applications, including website management,
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with large datasets and data entry tools
Preferred Skills:
- Chinese language proficiency (Mandarin) strongly preferred
- Familiarity with automotive parts
- Experience with international sourcing
Availability:
Initial working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Monday through Friday, Los Angeles time) to ensure alignment during onboarding and training. Some flexibility may be possible after the onboarding period.
