JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:
We are seeking a competent and financially astute Business Manager to oversee billing accuracy, service compliance, and client satisfaction across our Essential Tech accounts. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational excellence, financial integrity, and responsive client engagement in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Oversight & Billing Accuracy
- Lead and manage end-to-end billing processes to ensure timely, accurate invoicing.
- Monitor financial performance metrics and proactively reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to maintain audit-ready records.

Service Compliance & Delivery Assurance
- Ensure all services delivered to clients meet contractual obligations and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular compliance reviews and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Maintain documentation and reporting that is aligned with both internal policies and external requirements.

Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client billing-related queries.
- Address and resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in Essential Tech accounts.

Operational Coordination
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, legal, finance) to align service delivery with business goals.
- Support onboarding of new clients and transitions of service agreements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Procurement & Vendor Management
- Lead procurement processes to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of goods and services.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure service quality.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in business management, financial operations, or client services.
- Strong understanding of billing systems, financial controls, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.
- Analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience working with technology clients or in a tech-driven environment is highly desirable.

This role will be working remotely from the Philippines, supporting Australian Clients working with our Australian Team and the Philippines team.
