About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist to help drive exceptional ROAS and conversion results for our clients. This is a part-time, behind-the-scenes role that is perfect for someone who thrives in campaign execution, performance optimization, and possesses deep platform knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Launch and manage Meta ad campaigns (cold, retargeting, loyalty)
- A/B test creatives, copy, audiences, and placements
- Optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
- Set up & troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Events Manager, and CAPI
- Build full-funnel targeting using Custom, Lookalike, and Interest audiences
- Analyze funnels and landing pages to improve conversions
- Collaborate with internal tea
- Stay updated with Meta features and apply learnings
- Report clearly on performance using tools like Swydo
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years running Meta Ads with strong ROAS results
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Events Manager, Pixel/CAPI setup, Business Portfolio
- Proven experience working remotely in the graveyard shift (Central Time)
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Self-starter with reliable home office setup (PC, backup internet, power contingency - required)
- Tools: GA4, Google Tag Manager, Swydo, Google Workspace
- Bonus: Meta Blueprint certified, experience with Basecamp,
