Digital Operations Rockstar: Copywriting, Marketing, & Social Media VA

Are you a detail-driven self-starter with a knack for words and a savvy approach to social media? Actualee is seeking an affordable, reliable Virtual Assistant who can help organize chaos, elevate our brand, and take marketing and content tasks off our founder's plate.

What you’ll do:

- Write, edit, and proof engaging copy for web, social, emails, and marketing.

- Schedule and manage posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn).

- Use tools (like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or your favorites) to create simple graphics, schedule posts, and track engagement.

- Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media and marketing campaigns, ensuring our visuals are just as bold and unapologetic as our message.

- Support content research and ideation.

- Manage and update calendars, databases, and other simple admin tasks.

To succeed, you need:

- Excellent written English and strong communication.

- 1+ year experience in social media management and digital marketing.

- Familiarity with Canva (or similar), and at least one scheduling/analytics tool.

- The ability to take initiative and work independently.

- Reliable internet and flexible availability for async communication.

Nice to have:

- Experience supporting justice-oriented or unapologetically opinionated brands.

- Clean graphic design skills.

- Comfortable speaking your mind in a professional, collaborative way.
