Overview
No Luck Leads is a lead generation agency that helps property management companies in the United States grow through targeted Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising.

We are hiring a Senior (Lead) Media Buyer with proven Meta ads experience. This is an exclusive role—we are not hiring freelancers who juggle multiple clients. If you're applying, you must be ready to fully commit to working with us and be responsible for delivering performance consistently.

Estimated Hours: 40 hours/week
Required Availability: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM U.S. Central Time (CST)

Long-Term Opportunity: This position has the potential to grow into a full-time, higher-responsibility role based on performance and reliability.

Responsibilities
Set up, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns focused on lead generation
Monitor performance and adjust campaigns to hit target CPL and conversion benchmarks
Test creatives, audiences, and copy to improve campaign results
Create or edit basic ad graphics and videos (preferred, not required)
Provide regular performance updates with key metrics and next steps
Collaborate with our team to align campaigns with client needs and offers

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience running Meta lead generation campaigns
Strong understanding of targeting, budgeting, and performance optimization
Experience in real estate or property management marketing is strongly preferred
Competence with reporting tools and campaign analytics
Bonus if skilled in Canva, Adobe, or basic video editing tools
Fluent in written and spoken English
Must be available during U.S. CST hours (9 AM – 5 PM) for communication and campaign management
