About the Role
Creativity Justified is seeking a highly-skilled and self-motivated Senior Graphic and Website Designer with expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and WordPress website design. You’ll be working on a variety of exciting projects ranging from brand identity development and marketing collateral to fully responsive WordPress website builds.

We are looking for someone who can both create compelling visual designs and translate them into clean, functional WordPress websites. This is a project-based role, so you'll only track hours while actively working on deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality brand and marketing materials (logos, brochures, social media graphics, etc.)

Build and manage custom WordPress websites using themes, page builders (e.g., Elementor, Divi, WPBakery), and custom code when needed

Optimize websites for speed, mobile responsiveness, and SEO best practices

Collaborate with project managers and other creatives to meet deadlines and deliver client-ready assets

Follow design briefs and brand guidelines with precision

Participate in daily virtual check-ins

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in professional graphic and web design

Proven expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign (Must have your own Adobe Creative Cloud subscription)

Strong proficiency in WordPress, including theme customization, page builders, and basic HTML/CSS

A strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout

Excellent attention to detail and time management skills

Availability between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM CST

Reliable internet connection and access to your own tools/software
