Hey there!
We’re Site Works 3D, a small but mighty startup construction company based in the U.S., and we're cooking up something exciting over here (yes, it involves bricks, 3D models, and a whole lot of creativity).

Right now, we’re on the lookout for a talented and passionate 2D to 3D Visualization Specialist to join us as part of our startup team, someone who isn’t just here to “do a job,” but to grow with us, help us shape the company’s future, and have some fun along the way.

So, what’s the gig?
Glad you asked.

You’ll be turning 2D construction drawings (like floor plans, elevations, and sections) into gorgeous 3D models that help us (and our clients) visualize what we’re building.

You’ll collaborate closely with our construction and design team, and your work will literally shape the way our projects come to life. How cool is that?

Tools You Should Be Comfortable With:

• SketchUp (main tool for modeling)
• AutoCAD (for reading 2D technical drawings)
• Enscape (real-time rendering for quick visuals)
• Lumion (new must-have on the list – beautiful renderings are a big win!)

Bonus points if you’ve played around with Blender, Revit, or other BIM tools

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone with great visual taste, you can spot proportions, balance, and know how to “wow” with your renders
• A clear communicator who can share ideas, ask questions, and vibe well with a team
• Someone who’s detail-oriented but not afraid to experiment

And yes, someone who can mention lemons in their application so we know you actually read this and aren’t a robot (???? wink wink)
