MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS – Read carefully

3+ years of full-time experience as a Customer Support Agent
2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or 2+ years in an on-site, full-time administrative position
Available starting at 6:00 AM PH time, Tuesday through Saturday (10 hours/day, or more when necessary)
2 most recent professional references

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Support:
• Respond to emails, texts, calls. Uphold inbox ZERO daily.
• Monitor/respond to urgent matters at all times.
• Appointment setting.
• Create invoices/proposals, managing bookings.
• Manage workflow(s).
• Utilize HoneyBook, Google Calendar, Google Slides, Google Voice, etc.

2. Organizational Support:
• Provide support to the CEO and team.
• Daily admin tasks. Manage calendars.
• Organize files and documents.
• Issue monthly/quarterly team awards.
• Utilize Slack, ClickUp, Google Sheets, etc.

3. Sales & Marketing:
• Leads follow-up.
• Manage workflow/automation/projects.
• Create newsletters/campaigns.
• Handle holiday greeting cards/gifts.
• Utilize Flodesk, Paperless Post, Amazon, William Sonoma, etc.

4. Vendor Support:
• Assist vendors' needs via email/text/call.
• Compute partner points, issue rewards.
• Prepare monthly statement.
• Manage contact info.

5. Website/Platform Maintenance:
• Update web pages
• Add new albums to the website
• Manage company profiles and reviews on third-party platforms.
• Utilize ShowIt, Canva, Yelp, WeddingWire, etc.
