Key Responsibilities

Contact Leads: Make outbound calls to potential clients generated through our marketing efforts.

Engage and Qualify: Effectively engage with leads to understand their needs and qualify them for our services.

Set Appointments: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring to provide all necessary details.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls made, leads contacted, and appointment outcomes in our CRM system.

Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls as necessary to ensure leads remain engaged and interested in scheduling appointments.

Feedback: Provide feedback to management on lead quality and effectiveness of outreach strategies.

Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in cold calling or sales is preferred but not required.
