About the Company:

We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation & Marketing Specialist to help scale our outbound efforts and drive qualified leads into our sales funnel.
Responsibilities:
Build and manage prospect lists using tools like ZoomInfo, Apollo, and LinkedIn
Launch and optimize cold outreach campaigns via
Maintain accurate lead data and workflows in HubSpot CRM
Call and Follow-up using RingCentral App
Support marketing campaigns with content scheduling and list segmentation
Track performance metrics (open rates, response rates, meeting conversions)
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine targeting and messaging
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in lead generation or B2B SaaS marketing
Hands-on experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
VERY Strong English writing and communication skills
Familiarity with outbound
Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
Comfortable working remotely and independently (US business hours preferred)
Preferred:
Experience with
Canva or basic graphic design knowledge
Previous experience in HR tech or SaaS
