JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for someone with experience with Google Sheets and Google Drive. Applicant must be willing to have their phone number put on our phone system (as a button choice in a phone tree). Tenants will call for maintenance requests, you will dispatch the appropriate contractor(s), communicate with the contractor about the scope of work and line item pricing (after they visit the tenant's unit), create an invoice in the form of a Google Sheets spreadsheet, send the created invoice to the property owner, and facilitate an approval for the work. Once approved, you should assure that we have 100% of the job cost before dispatching the contractor(s) to begin work. You will be in frequent contact between the tenant, the property owner, our bookkeeper, and the contractor. Must be proficient, or easily trained in creating the invoices. Construction knowledge is a definit plus. The frequency of the maintenance calls are 2-4 a day (as needed). Not all requests will require that a invoice is created by applicant.
