JOB OVERVIEW

I’m looking for a reliable, creative, and fast-working Virtual Assistant to help me manage YouTube content and social media. This is a part-time opportunity with the potential to grow. The right candidate will be someone who is honest, takes initiative, and gets things done without needing to be micromanaged.

You'll play a key role in editing video content, creating engaging posts, and helping maintain a strong online presence across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.

Responsibilities:

YouTube:

Edit 1 YouTube video weekly, Roughly 7-15 minutes per video (simple cuts, captions, intros/outros)
Add thumbnails, titles, descriptions, tags, and upload videos
Repurpose long-form videos into Shorts/Reels
Maintain a clean and organized Google Drive for video content

Social Media:

Create short-form videos and graphics using tools like CapCut or Canva
Write captions with relevant hashtags and clear CTAs
Schedule and post weekly content across platforms
Stay on top of trends and suggest fresh ideas

Other Tasks:

Track basic performance metrics (views, comments, shares)
Suggest ways to improve content performance
Communicate regularly and deliver on time
