Are you a systems-minded, tech-savvy wizard who gets excited about automating the back end of a thriving digital business We’re looking for a Tech Virtual Assistant (based in the Philippines) who doesn’t just “do tasks,” but thinks like an integrator — someone who can build automation ecosystems, streamline complexity, and create space for powerful growth.

We’re a mission-driven coaching and education company in the beauty industry, helping women break free from burnout and build freedom-based businesses through beauty and aesthetics.

You’ll be supporting:?- Our online membership platform (Limitless Beauty Society) that empowers new spa + medi spa owners to grow?- Our hybrid beauty college (Body Pro Beauty & Aesthetics Academy) in Canada

Our mission is clear: more income, impact, and inner alignment for our students.?Now we need a rockstar Tech VA to help us scale that vision.

Your Role

This isn’t just a “VA job.” This is your chance to become the invisible engine behind a purpose-led brand that’s making waves.??You’ll be our go-to wizard for:?- Building and maintaining automations using n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), etc.?- Creating seamless integrations between tools like Stripe, Airtable, Gmail, ---------- , Slack, and Google Sheets?- Streamlining onboarding, tagging, and customer journeys behind the scenes?- Managing and documenting systems and SOPs that support scale and sustainability?- Proactively identifying areas for automation (we LOVE initiative!)

You’re a Perfect Fit If

- You think in systems, logic, and flowcharts ?
- You’ve built automations before (and have proof)?
- You understand APIs, triggers, and conditional logic?
- You’re familiar with Airtable, Zapier, or even better — n8n?
- You’re curious, resourceful, and figure things out?
- You have strong English communication (written + spoken)?
- You’re coachable, committed, and see this as a long-term opportunity

Bonus Points If You

- Know tools like ---------- , ThriveCart, Circle, or ConvertKit?
- Can document what you build so it’s repeatable?
- Have experience supporting coaching, membership, or online education brands?
- Understand the rhythm of online launches, content delivery, or course platforms

The Logistics

- Part-Time (10–15 hours/week to start)
- Flexible hours (with some EST overlap)
- Pay starts between $6–$10 USD/hour depending on experience?
- Weekly payouts + Bonus Opportunities
- Room to grow into Tech & Systems Lead as we scale
- 100% Remote (Work from anywhere in the Philippines!)
