Graphic Designer and Video Editor For Marketing Agency

Starting Pay: $450–$550/month (?26,000–?32,000 PHP)

About Us:
We’re a fast-growing marketing agency working with clothing brands and e-commerce businesses to help them scale with high-performing creative. We're on the hunt for a Creative Editor who’s skilled in both video and graphic editing, with a sharp eye for visual storytelling and design.

What You'll Do:

Create scroll-stopping video and image creatives for our clothing and e-commerce clients

Design graphics, edit photos, and work within brand aesthetics

Use tools like Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar to produce high-quality work

(Bonus) Create animated graphics and motion elements for dynamic content

Produce new creatives weekly for each client (may extend to twice per week)

Work closely with our team to apply proven creative frameworks that convert

Use provided references, inspiration, and resources to speed up your creative process

Requirements:

Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, graphic design, and photo editing

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects)

Strong understanding of social media formats (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)

Ability to meet deadlines, stay organized, and handle feedback

Creative problem-solver who can take loose concepts and bring them to life

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience working with clothing brands or e-commerce businesses

Can create animated motion graphics or advanced transitions

Stay on top of design trends and viral ad styles

WE RECOMMEND HAVING KNOWLEDGE IN USING AI TO CREATE STATIC AND/OR VIDEO CREATIVES, TO SAVE TIME AND HANDLE THE WORKLOAD.
