Virtual Assistant – DM Outreach for Singer-Songwriter Event Promotion (4 hrs/day, until Aug 9th)

I have a show coming up and I need you to let my followers know,

Salary: $2/hour
Hours: 4 hours per day (50 DM's per hour)
Duration: Daily until August 9th, 2025 (the day of the show)

???? About the Role:
I’m a UK-based singer-songwriter preparing for a live show on August 9th. Your job will be to DM my followers through Meta Business Suite using a pre-written message, adding a personal touch by including their first name (if identifiable).

This is a social outreach and light admin role designed to build awareness and increase ticket sales for the event. You’ll also track and colour-code responses on a Google Sheet provided.

???? What You’ll Be Doing:
Send 200 personalised DMs daily to my followers via Meta Business Suite

Include their first name if available (skip name if unsure)

Log all contacts into a spreadsheet under these columns:

Username
Messaged? (Yes/No)
Response (if any)
Notes
Date Contacted

Follow-Up (mark as yellow when messaged)
Track and update the sheet in real-time
Maintain good etiquette and professionalism in tone

? Requirements:
Excellent written English
Strong attention to detail and spelling
Comfortable navigating Meta Business Suite and Google Sheets
A knack for social media outreach
Reliable and consistent—this is daily work until Aug 9th

Own laptop/desktop and stable internet connection
