Campaign Data Engineer – U.S. Congressional Campaign (Python / Data Science / Remote)

Salary: $600usd/month
Employment Type: Part-time (with potential to grow to full-time)
Work Hours: Remote

Location: Work from home (Philippines-based applicants only)

? About Us:
We are a U.S.-based political campaign running for U.S. Congress in Texas District 30, a high-profile race with over 200,000 voter contacts. Our campaign is data-driven, community-focused, and ready to compete precinct by precinct.

We're seeking a skilled Data Engineer with a strong foundation in Python, data science, and analytics to support our voter outreach and field strategy. You'll play a direct role in helping a reform-minded, pro-small business candidate win in 2026.

Job Responsibilities:
Work with RAW voter data to organize, clean, and segment records by precinct, demographics, and turnout

Use Python (pandas, NumPy, matplotlib, etc.) to analyze and visualize campaign data

Build simple predictive models (e.g. support score, turnout likelihood)

Generate and update call/text lists from CallHub campaign results

Create block walk lists by priority precinct and export to Google Sheets

Maintain precinct-level performance dashboards (walked, called, donation trends, etc.)

Pull data from Wix Forms (volunteer/donor signups) and sort it by location or urgency

Assist in tracking campaign performance against goals (votes per precinct, volunteer actions, etc.)

Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Python (especially pandas, matplotlib, NumPy)

Experience working with large CSV files, CRMs, or voter data (preferred)

Comfortable using Google Workspace (Sheets, Drive, Docs)

Attention to detail, good written communication in English

Experience with data visualization and reporting

Bonus: familiarity with political datasets
