GoHighLevel CRM & Workflow Specialist (Full-Time VA)

We are a fence company in the U.S. looking for a GoHighLevel expert to help us set up and manage our CRM systems, forms, workflows, and automations. You must have hands-on experience with:

GHL pipeline setup (multiple pipelines)

Form creation + embedding on websites

Workflow automation (texts, emails, status changes)

Calendar setup (per rep availability)

Lead tracking + reporting

Appointment reminders and follow-ups

If you know how to build and manage a clean CRM for both inside and outside sales teams, we’d love to meet you.

Requirements:

1–2 years of GHL experience (non-negotiable)

Strong English communication (written + video updates)

Detail-oriented and proactive

Experience with workflow logic (if/then, triggers, conditions)

Available to work during EST hours at least 6–8 hours/day

Nice to Have:

Experience with fence or home service businesses

Familiarity with ClickSend, Stripe, Twilio, Zapier
