JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales growth. This role involves building relationships with clients, identifying market opportunities, and executing marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct presentations, sales calls, and product/service demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust sales strategies.

Marketing:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and traditional).
- Create and manage social media content, email marketing, and ads.
- Assist in creating promotional materials (brochures, flyers, presentations).
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide reports with recommendations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience is not mandatory.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
