Guest Experience & Operations Coordinator (Serviced Accommodation Specialist)

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced and reliable Guest Experience & Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote role with a strong focus on managing bookings, coordinating guest communication, and working closely with our housekeeping teams to ensure everything runs like clockwork — especially over the busy weekend period. This role is to commence on 6th October 25.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations across Airbnb, Vrbo, and ---------- using Hostaway (experience with Hostaway is a bonus)
• Handle bookings and reservations from enquiry to check-out with care and attention
• Deliver timely and warm guest communication pre-, during, and post-stay
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth turnarounds and top-tier property presentation
• Spot and resolve any guest issues quickly and professionally
• Monitor calendars, availability, and rate adjustments when needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation within the PMS
• Flag operational issues or improvements to management proactively


What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in short-term rental operations – ideally with Airbnb, Vrbo, and ----------
• Advanced knowledge of Hostaway (this is preferable)
• Confidence managing property listings, guest communication, and PMS software
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable working autonomously and taking initiative
• Strong communicator and team player
• Available for rotating shifts: Morning shift 8-12pm uk time and evening 2pm - 10pm uk time. You would do two morning and two evening rotating with every Tuesday off.


Bonus if you have…
• Experience coordinating remote teams
• Happy to work with and be supervised by our current guest support coordinator.
• Familiarity with PriceLabs and automation tools
• Customer service background in hotels or luxury hospitality
