JOB OVERVIEW

Are you confident on the phone, love helping people, and know how to close sales and keep members happy? We’re looking for a Sales & Retention Specialist to join our fast-growing Skool community!

Role: Sales & Retention Specialist – Skool Community
Type: Full-Time | Remote | Long-Term
Salary:

• $400/month for the first 3 months (probation)

• Up to $700/month based on performance

• Bonuses available for conversions and retention


Your Responsibilities:

• Call warm leads and help them subscribe to our Skool-based membership

• Follow up with members considering cancellation — solve problems, encourage them to stay

• Follow up on overdue or failed payments via phone, chat, or email

• Chat with leads via DMs, email, and calls to answer questions and close sales

• Do light outbound lead generation and engagement (e.g., social, email, outreach)

• Keep our CRM and Skool system updated with notes and lead/member activity

• Share feedback from leads and members to help improve our community and offers


You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have experience in sales, retention, or customer support (especially for memberships)

• Speak and write fluent English — clear, persuasive, and friendly

• Are proactive, organized, and comfortable doing follow-ups

• Can work independently but also be part of a team

• Have a stable internet connection and quiet working setup

• (Bonus) You’ve used Skool, GHL, or other CRM/chat tools before
