Social Media Virtual Assistant

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a reliable and creative Social Media Virtual Assistant to help manage and grow multiple personal brand-style accounts across X (Twitter), Instagram, and Threads. This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys working with modern digital creators, understands trends, and can communicate in fluent written English.

Responsibilities:
• Create and set up new social media accounts (X, Instagram, Threads)
• Schedule and post content consistently (captions provided or AI-generated)
• Respond to DMs, comments, and engagement in a friendly, professional tone
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies
• Organize daily reports (engagement, followers, performance) in Google Sheets
• Use Notion, Buffer, or similar tools to track content and tasks

Requirements:
• Strong written English communication skills
• Experience using X/Twitter, Instagram, and Threads
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Familiar with modern trends in influencer, lifestyle, or wellness content
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Notion, and simple automation tools
• (Bonus) Basic Canva or content editing skills

Working Hours:
Part-time (1-2 hours/day, this will increase over time), flexible schedule — must be responsive during agreed hours

Salary:
Starting at $2–$3/hour (negotiable based on experience)
