Graphic designer to create a brochure

We are looking for a graphic designer to develop an A4 size 16-page non-metallic piping brochure for the mining industry, utilizing our pre-existing templates, images, and written content. Proficiency in design software particularly in relation to piping or industrial equipment is greatly preferred, and familiarity with print production standards too. If you have any experience with anything similar please share your experience.
We would like this done with urgently as we have a fairly tight timeline - within 2 weeks ideally.
We are budgeting approximately $500AUD for this.
