Senior Figma UI/UX Designer & Prototyper (PWA Experience)

We are building an innovative legal services product and need a talented designer to bring it to life.

Your first task will be to design a progressive web app (PWA) and several service flows in Figma, then deliver a fully interactive, high-fidelity prototype (desktop + mobile) ready for presentation.

You will:
Interpret and simplify user journeys for usability
Apply consistent design standards and components
Build efficient, organised Figma files
Create polished clickable prototypes
Liaise daily via Microsoft Teams for progress and feedback

You must have:
Strong English communication skills
Reliable, fast internet connection
Proven experience designing PWAs or responsive web apps
Deep knowledge of Figma, including components, constraints, and prototyping
Ability to deliver presentation-ready work under tight timelines

This is a short-term contract with potential for ongoing product design work.

Beyond your submission, our hiring process is straightforward and designed to find the right fit quickly:

1 Initial Short Interview (20–30 min)
We’ll have a quick call over Microsoft Teams to get to know you, discuss your experience, and answer your questions about the project.

2 Paid Trial Task
You’ll be given a small, realistic design task (e.g., an account registration screen and flow) to complete in Figma, and deliver as a working high-fidelity prototype.

This task is paid to respect your time.

You’ll have 48-hours to complete it.

3 Presentation & Feedback
You’ll present your work over Teams, walk through your decisions, and take some feedback.
We’ll assess your design thinking, technical skills, communication, and responsiveness.
