You’ll assist new clients by answering inquiries, collecting information, and guiding them through the placement process. Empathy, clear communication, and attention to detail are key.
Respond to inbound inquiries (calls/texts)
Conduct intake calls and accepting payments with applicants (script provided)
Guide applicants through our housing process
Record client details in CRM
Follow up on pending applications

Excellent spoken and written English
Quiet workspace + strong WiFi
Able to follow scripts but also speak naturally
Friendly, empathetic, and professional tone
Willingness to learn basic housing terms
Available 4–5 days/week (EST hours preferred)
