Shift Details
• Monday–Friday
• 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST
• Pay: $5–$7 USD/hour + performance-based incentives.
• Weekly payments

• Base hourly pay ($5–$7 USD/hr)
• Bonus incentives for qualified appointments, deals closed, or hitting team KPIs

You MUST Have
• Excellent spoken English – Near-native or neutral accent
• 2+ years of outbound real estate or solar cold calling experience or similar industry
• Reliable internet connection
• Quiet, professional work environment
• Quality headset

• Make outbound calls to cold leads
• Qualify motivated sellers
• Set appointments for closers
• Follow up with prospects using CRM
• Use scripts and handle objections
