Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive AI and SaaS Developer to develop, deploy, and maintain AI-powered SaaS applications. The ideal candidate should have a passion for problem-solving, be comfortable with fast-paced work environments, and possess the ability to work across a variety of projects that directly impact the company’s growth.

As an AI and SaaS Developer, you will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and scale AI-driven applications. You’ll be responsible for coding, debugging, deploying, and ensuring high performance of AI algorithms and SaaS products.

Key Responsibilities:
AI Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI algorithms and models for SaaS applications, including natural language processing, machine learning, and predictive analytics.

SaaS Product Development: Lead the architecture and development of scalable SaaS applications, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.

Integration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions with cloud infrastructure and various third-party APIs.

Optimization: Continuously optimize AI models, algorithms, and SaaS platform performance for scalability and efficiency.

Automation: Implement automation features using AI to streamline business processes, improve user experience, and drive business impact.

Collaboration: Work with other engineers and product teams to develop and refine product features and deliver high-quality software on time.

Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for code, algorithms, and workflows, ensuring transparency and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in AI and SaaS development.

AI Expertise: Strong knowledge of machine learning, natural language processing, neural networks, and other AI techniques.

Programming Languages: Proficiency in languages like Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, and C++. Experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is a plus.

SaaS Development: Expertise in designing and developing cloud-based applications using platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of databases and storage technologies (SQL, NoSQL, cloud storage).

API Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services into SaaS platforms.

Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile software development practices and working in fast-paced environments.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to adapt to rapidly changing requirements.

Nice-to-Have:
Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins) for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).

Experience with low-code/no-code platforms or automation tools (e.g., Replit, ---------- , n8n).

Knowledge of real-time AI solutions and how they can be implemented into SaaS applications.

Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing.

Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI development.
