Web Application/Blockchain Developer

Salary: $3/hour
Work Hours: Flexible, Part-Time (20 hours/week, may increase in the future)

Job Summary:

We are building a blockchain-based real estate platform (similar to Lofty.ai) that allows tokenized property ownership on Ethereum. We’re looking for a smart, reliable, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to help with project support tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

-Research features of competing platforms (Lofty, RealT, etc.)

-Help outline and document web app workflows and token models

-Assist in managing tasks

-Collect open-source code and templates (ERC-20, ERC-721, DAO, etc.)

-Coordinate with developers through ---------- and GitHub

-Handle content updates, basic data entry, and knowledge base creation

-Support with market research on tokenized real estate

Requirements:

-Good written English

-High attention to detail

-Strong organizational skills

-Fast learner and good researcher

-Comfortable with Google Docs and simple task tools

-Stable internet connection and reliable power

Preferred (but not required):

-Basic knowledge of Ethereum, USDC, smart contracts, or NFTs

-Familiarity with token marketplaces
