Creative Virtual Assistant for Personal Growth Platform (Start with Video Editing) - Needed Immediately

Hi! I'm a heart-led entrepreneur running an online studio for women called SUPERNOVA, focused on personal growth, subconscious transformation, living from the heart, and purpose.

I’m looking for a kind, reliable, and detail-oriented woman who's an experienced VA / editor to help me edit a batch of short videos for an upcoming course. The edits are simple (just removing pauses and retakes), and we’ll be using a very easy tool called Descript (I’ll guide you if you have no experience with it).

This starts as a project-based role, but if we flow well together, there may be space for this to evolve into something more long-term over time as a Virtual Assistant helping with Kajabi content, community support, social media management or admin tasks.


What you'll do as first project:
- Edit 23 short talking-style videos (each around 3-8 minutes)
- It's very simple editing (just remove long pauses, retakes, or stumbles)
- Keep the flow natural, warm, and grounded
- Export each video and upload to the correct folder
- Use Descript (I’ll provide a Loom walkthrough, no worries if you’re new to it)


How We’ll Begin:
You’ll start with 1 paid trial video (short, should take under 1 hour)
If that feels good for both of us, we’ll move ahead with the full 23-video batch
You must be available immediately. the project needs to be finished this week

Future Possibilities (Not Required):
If we work really well together, this could grow into a long-term collaboration where you might help with:

- Uploading content into Kajabi
- Supporting members inside a private community
- Helping repurpose podcast or social media content
- Create social media posts
- Organizing content and keeping things flowing behind the scenes

(But to be clear, for now, I just need someone to help me complete this video project!)
