Amazon Junior Virtual Assistant with Design Experience

We are a fast-growing US health brand - Velomix, looking for a passionate and fast-learner Amazon Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role includes daily Amazon operations and contributes basic graphic design skills to help us maintain and enhance our listings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Daily Amazon Seller Central tasks (listing checks, responding to customer inquiries, monitoring account health and etc)
- Basic keyword and competitor research
- Creating simple graphics for product listings, social media posts, and promotional materials
- Assisting in tracking sales and generating performance reports

Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
- Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools)
- Experience with Asana for task and project management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Organized and able to manage tasks independently
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Amazon VA or similar role
- Familiarity with Amazon tools (Sellerboard, Helium10, Canva, Photoshop and etc)
