Real Estate Data Entry VA (Must Know RP Data & ID4me)

About the Role

ListReady is seeking a highly skilled and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team in a permanent data entry position. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our operations by verifying property ownership data using RP Data and ID4me, then formatting and preparing that data in Google Sheets.

This is a long-term, stable position with a fast-growing company in the Australian real estate space.

Required Experience

Applicants must have hands-on experience with all of the following:
• RP Data (CoreLogic): Property ownership lookups, history, and verification
• ID4me: Locating accurate phone numbers and contact info
• Google Sheets: Strong formatting, tagging, and data-cleaning skills
• Written English: Clear, accurate, and professional communication

Key Responsibilities
• Verify property addresses and ownership in RP Data
• Cross-check owner details and phone numbers using ID4me
• Format and tag data in Google Sheets (owner-occupied vs investment)
• Flag and resolve duplicates, blanks, or discrepancies
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date property records

Performance Expectation

You must be able to process at least 50 fully verified records per hour — including RP Data lookup, ID4me cross-checking, and spreadsheet entry.

This pace is not theoretical — our internal team hits it daily. If you can’t match this, the role won’t be the right fit.

Position Details
• Schedule: 20–30 hours/week to start (can grow to full-time)
• Type: Permanent, long-term role
• Pay: Weekly via Wise (competitive rate based on experience)
• Location: Remote – work from home with a consistent schedule
