A Blog/website/youtube assistant

I need someone to fix my website and blog as well as improve my youtube channel. I have been traveling for several years and have not followed up on writing as well as organizing my website. I use WordPress and youtube and am in the process of integrating my site with youtube videos. I have lot's of material to catch up with. I would like to find someone who can edit 1 or 2 videos per week (3 - 5 mins. long) integrate them on to my blog and create informative content on my informative travel website. Everything is in English but Knowing Spanish would be very helpful since I have had interviews in Spanish speaking countries and would like to add subtitles to them and other future videos as well. All while promoting the sites in order to build an affiliate marketing business related to long term traveling. But not knowing is not a deal breaker. The first month or so will be spent on organizing everything. Therefore, the job will be in phases in order to put everything in place to where we can continually and consistently add content to my sites once we catch up. There is also the possibiIity of writing a book related to my trip. I look forward to finding someone creative and fun to work with while establishing a long term working relationship.
