As we prepare for national expansion, we are hiring a world-class Senior Operations & Sales Manager to lead our business into its next era of scalable, automated, and purpose-led growth.
Your Mission
You will:
Oversee day-to-day operations and team leadership
Execute and evolve our sales and marketing strategy
Implement smart systems and automation for 85–90% operational efficiency
Win high-value contracts through tenders and strategic partnerships
Build an empowered, performance-driven, and values-aligned team culture
Eliminate day-to-day CEO dependency by owning delivery systems
Key Responsibilities
Sales, Tenders & Growth
Develop a clear, results-driven quarterly sales strategy
Reach Monthly Sales KPI's
Lead B2B sales outreach and pipeline management
Research and submit competitive tender proposals
Manage CRM, conversion rates, client onboarding, and upselling
Oversee lead sources (e.g., outbound and inbound inquiries)
Operations & Automation
Streamline daily operations across bookings, staff scheduling, and client relations
Build and enforce SOPs and automation to reduce manual work by 85%
Supervise cleaners, remote admin/VAs, and service quality
Utilise company tools for operations
Team Management & Culture
Lead recruitment, training, and performance management
Promote a strong, purpose-driven internal culture
Coordinate wellness and recognition programs
Conduct regular reviews and improve staff accountability
Purpose-Driven Leadership
Ensure service delivery aligns with brand values and charitable mission
Champion internal culture, social impact programs, and high standards
Inspire a values-led team that balances compassion with execution
Reporting & Financial Oversight
Report weekly to the CEO on sales, staffing, costs, profit margins, and forecasting
Work closely with the CEO and accountant to ensure financial health
Track efficiency metrics and recommend cost improvements
Who You Are!
5+ years of experience in sales, operations, or leadership roles (service-based or product-based business)
Proven record in B2B sales, tender writing, or closing contracts
Systems- and results-oriented, you love building smart processes
Understand P&L, cost structures, forecasting, and sales performance
Hands-on leader who thrives in lean, fast-paced, high-trust environments
High-level proficiency in tools and systems
Excellent communicator, both strategic and action-oriented
