Client Content Production
• Edit and deliver 15 short-form videos (30-60 seconds) per week
• Maintain 3-5 reels per day delivery pace
• 24-48 hour turnaround time from receipt of raw footage
• Maximum 3 revision rounds per video
• Zero missed deadlines
• Files delivered to designated folders in Google Drive system

YouTube Content Production
• Edit and deliver two 20-minute videos per month
• Create engaging thumbnails for each video
• Complete YouTube edits within 72 hours of receiving footage
• Maximum 3 revision rounds per video
• Maintain average viewer retention above industry standard
• Zero technical issues (audio sync, export quality, etc.)

Technical Quality Standards
• 100% clean audio on all deliverables
• Zero export quality issues
• All files properly named and organized in provided folder structure
• All motion graphics aligned with provided guidelines
• Consistent color grading across all content

Workflow Management
• Respond to Slack messages within 2 hours during working hours
• Update project status daily in designated tracking system
• Zero missed file delivery deadlines
• Proper file organization following provided folder structure
• Flag potential delays or issues at least 24 hours in advance

Daily Time Allocation (Flexible Hours)

Regular Days (4-5 hours): • Client Content (3-5 reels): 4-5 hours including:

* Video editing

YouTube Weeks (4/5 hours):

Monthly Schedule
• Client Content: ~60 short-form videos
• YouTube Content: 2 long-form videos with thumbnails
