Are you detail-oriented, organised, and great at turning technical information into clear documentation? Join our team and help get our products into major construction and infrastructure projects!

We’re seeking a Product Approvals & Specification Coordinator to take ownership of gathering product information, aligning it with relevant standards and compliance requirements, and submitting it to design and approval bodies (e.g. engineers, architects, councils, or government agencies). Your work will ensure our products are approved, specified, and included in project designs.

???? What You'll Do:

Collect and maintain up-to-date technical information, test reports, certifications, and compliance documents for our product range.

Prepare and submit documentation to design approval bodies and project specifiers.

Liaise with engineers, certifiers, testing labs, and industry bodies to ensure standards are met.

Build relationships with key project stakeholders to support product specification and compliance.

Maintain a library of up-to-date approvals and help the sales team communicate our compliance credentials.


? What You’ll Bring:

A strong attention to detail and ability to follow up and follow through.

Previous experience in a technical admin, documentation, compliance, or certification role (construction or manufacturing sector ideal).

Understanding of product compliance, testing, or standards (AS/NZS, ISO, etc.) is a bonus.

Excellent written communication and organisational skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage deadlines.
