E-commerce Photo Retoucher – Fashion Model/Product Photography (Project-Based)

We're looking for a skilled photo retoucher with experience in e-commerce fashion editing, specifically in working with model shots for product pages. For our fashion brand Don't Waste Culture ( ---------- ), we need someone who can ensure consistency across images in terms of lighting, color balance, alignment, and cropping. The model should be centered, the lighting on the background and clothing should be clean and uniform, and the overall look must feel premium and ready for our fashion brand’s webshop.

Responsibilities:
- Retouch batches of model/product images (ranging from 70 to 165 per project)
- Adjust and balance lighting across all images
- Ensure consistent skin tones, fabric colors, and white balance
- Center the model in every photo
- Crop and resize images to our specifications
- Remove minor distractions, improve contrast, and optimize for webshop display
- Deliver final files in both optimized web and high-res formats

Requirements:
- Proven experience in photo editing for e-commerce or fashion
- Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent tools)
- Keen eye for detail and consistency
- Ability to work fast and meet deadlines
- Reliable communication
- Familiarity with batch editing and color correction

Type of Work:
- Project-based (Typically once a month, occasionally once every two months)
- Each batch ranges from 70 to 165 images
- Clear guidelines will be provided
